Registration Fee

ACCOMMODATION IS FREE!

Accommodation is free for all participants in a double room per person during the three nights of November 12, 13 and 14, 2025.

The full accommodation at the hotel is provided for the conference days.

The participants will stay in a double room. You can stay in a single room by paying the single room difference fee.

Please let us know if you want to share your room with a friend or colleague who registers for the conference as a participant.

Participants who prefer a double room should inform the name of the person they will be staying with. If there is no person to stay with, they should change their preferences to single room.Participants who prefer a single room can stay at the hotel by paying the single room difference.

* The organizing committee does not guarantee accommodation at the conference hotel for onsite payment If the conference hotel is suitable, you can stay at the conference hotel.

Extra Paper Fee (per paper)	€ 100

One papers are allowed for one registration fee. You need to pay an additional fee for each study to be added more than once.

HOTEL FEES FOR EXTRA NIGHTS

Single Room Fee (per night)	€ 125 (Ultra all inclusive covers breakfast, lunch, dinner, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages)
Double Room Fee (per night per person)	€ 80 (Ultra all inclusive covers breakfast, lunch, dinner, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages)

Free accommodation is only available for one person in a double room for the nights of November 12,13,14. Participants staying nights of before and after will have to pay an additional accommodation fee.

NOTE 1: Participants can pay the conference fee as the equivalence of the Euro (mentioned in the above table) in Dollars or Turkish Liras. Before making a payment, the participants must log in to their conference accounts and fill out the Payment Transaction Form and get the payment code.

NOTE 2: All refund requests must be received in writing before May 1, 2025. There will be a 100 service charge per person for all refunds. There will be no refunds after May 1, 2025.

NOTE 3: Only one papers are allowed for one registration fee.

NOTE 4: The certificates of attendance and presentation will be only issued for registered presenters who paid the conference fee. Virtual/Camera-Ready Participants only get the electronic versions of the certificates and other conference documents.

NOTE 5: Bank deductions that occur in the fees you send must be pay by you.

VAT is included in above fees.

Fees for children staying with their parents:

First child from 0 to 6 years of age FREE
Second child from 0 to 6 years of age discount of 50%
If only one of the parents stay with the child, they should stay in a single room and pay the single room fee.
