Dear ICATES 2025 Participants,

First of all, we would like to thank you for your interest in the International Conference on Advances in Technology, Education and Science (ICATES 2025), which will be held on May 1-4, 2025.

Our conference will be organized in a hybrid format (both in-person and online).
Zoom will be used for online presentations. Therefore, we kindly recommend ensuring that the Zoom application is installed on your device and that your microphone and sound system are functioning properly prior to your presentation. Zoom connection link for online participation and presentations: www.arste.org/connect

Please note that all conference activities will follow the GMT+3 (Turkey Time) time zone. We kindly ask you to schedule your participation accordingly.

Presentations should be planned to last no more than 10-12 minutes to ensure a smooth and fair session flow. Staying within the allocated time is important for all participants to have an equal opportunity to share their work.

At the end of the conference, participants will be able to download their certificates by logging into their conference accounts.
